CC of Leawood offers a full-service Fitness Center with class times designed around members' busy schedules.  Personal Trainers are always on site to help with questions about our state-of-the-art equipment, nutrition and general fitness.

All members are welcome to enjoy the amenities offered in the Locker Rooms including: day lockers; fully-supplied showers; steam room, and sauna.


CSI: (Cardio Strength Intervals)

  • Mixed Yoga: A relaxing-yet-challenging class designed to improve posture, flexibility, and muscular strength; providing various options for every body. (All levels)
  • Restoration Movement: Restoration Movement is a mind-body practice that utilizes breathing, basic core control, active mobility, and passive “yin-like” holds. This method goes beyond “stretching” as it works to keep your joints healthy, create stability and improve movement capacity. This class will leave you feeling refreshed whether you are coming for active recovery between workouts or are looking to increase physical longevity and resilience.
  • Pilates Fusion: A mix of mat Pilates, body weight exercises, yoga postures and “old school” calisthentics. A total body workout that keeps you moving and learning.  Improves core strength, posture and balance.
  • Beginner Senior Yoga: This class is designed as an introduction to the practice of yoga. Class is slower paced than our Mixed Yoga, and focused on developing clear and safe alignment in foundational poses. Come to learn, play, and maybe even break a sweat in a supportive environment. You don’t need to be able to touch your toes; you just have to be willing to try!
  • Strong(er): A total body approach to strength training. Build lean tissue, increase metabolism and improve posture.

  • FUNky Kids Yoga: This program is designed to introduce 6-12 years-old to yoga in a fun, non-intimidating environment, while teaching children to build healthy habits for a lifetime.  Taught by Joni Van Horn, Certified Yoga Instructor and owner of Upgrade Yourself Now.   • CIRCUIT TRAINING:  In this 50 minute Small Group Training session you can plan to burn up to 500+ calories! You will add lean muscle mass, strengthen your entire body, make huge fitness gains and become familiar with free weights, TRX suspension training and equipment.  Trainer, Linda Gordon, specializes in Cross Training and is continually adding new combinations of both strength and cardiovascular exercises.  Expect to be challenged, educated and encouraged start to sweaty finish! ($5/session)

  • Yoga for Golfers: It’s never too early, or too late to try Yo-Golf and bring your game to the next level. What’s in it for you?  Simply put, you will improve 1. Balance/Breath – It is the core quality for a consistent swing. 2. Strength – Extra power can be utilized off the tee. 3. Flexibility – Enables power to be used effectively and keep the back strong and supple. A recent study revealed that 63% of golfers play with back pain. 4. Mind – Do you feel golf is a mental game?  You will learn ways to quiet the chatter and have laser like focus. 5.
