CC of Leawood offers a full-service Fitness Center with class times designed around members' busy schedules.  Personal Trainers are always on site to help with questions about our state-of-the-art equipment, nutrition and general fitness.

All members are welcome to enjoy the amenities offered in the Locker Rooms including: day lockers; fully-supplied showers; steam room, and sauna.


Group fitness classes currently offered are: Pilates Fusion, CSI, Mixed Yoga, Cycle, Strong(er), Spin & Strength, Yoga, Core Power, and Yin Yoga.

Pilates Fusion - A mix of Pilates, body weight exercises, yoga postures and "old school" calisthenics. A total body workout that keeps you moving and learning. Improves core strength, posture, and balance.
CSI - (Cardio Strength Intervals) - A dynamic mix of cardiovascular movement paired with strength training to provide a total body workout! (All levels)
Mixed Yoga - A relaxing-yet-challenging class designed to improve posture, flexibility, and muscular strength; providing various options for every body. (All levels)
Cycle - Non-stop indoor ride; set to jamming tunes to keep you in the zone as you cruise and climb. (All levels)
Strong(er) - A total body approach to strength training. Build lean tissue, increase metabolism and improve posture.
Spin & Strength - Same indoor cycle class your body and heart love with an added KICK! We are adding total body resistance/strength training to your cardio workout. Result? High calorie burn and replace fat with lean muscle mass!
Core Power - A blend of contemporary Pilates mat-based training and functional strength training designed to align, strengthen, and sculpt your entire body. (All levels)
Yin Yoga - In Yin or Restorative Yoga, poses are held for several minutes at a time in order to stretch the connective tissue around joints. Postures are more passive, mainly on the floor. Yin uses a meditative approach with a physical focus.
